Talk to a human
CiteGood is a small team that builds one thing: academic writing whose citations hold up. If something is wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a source that looks off, a feature that won't cooperate — write to us and a person will answer.
Other ways to reach us
Live chat. The bubble in the bottom corner opens a chat with us. It's the fastest option during working hours; outside them, leave your email in the chat and the reply lands in your inbox.
Email. support@citegood.com reaches the same inbox as the form above. If you're writing about a charge, include the email address on the account — that's all we need to find it.
Press, partnerships or institutional licensing. Use the form and pick “Plans, teams or institutions”; those go to the top of the queue.
Before you write — the quick answers
Cancelling a subscription. You don't need us: open Settings in the app and use the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The details are in our Terms.
Deleting your account and data. Also self-serve: Settings → Delete account permanently erases your documents, library and personal information. What we keep afterwards, and why, is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.
A citation looks wrong. Send us the reference and the sentence it's attached to. CiteGood only cites sources it actually retrieved, so a mismatch is a bug we want to see rather than something you should work around — background on why this matters is in why AI tools invent citations.
Which plan you need. The pricing page lists what each plan includes. If you're between two of them, tell us roughly how much you write in a month and we'll say which one fits — including when the free trial is enough.
